Jim Kuzmich has the necessary experience to work through complicated real estate activities. Some of his more intricate and complicated real estate legal work includes representing numerous cellular phone companies’ development of new communication tower sites. He currently negotiates new tower leases, lease extensions and lease buyouts for one of the largest communications tower companies in North America.

Jim advises residential property owners on the legal and tax consequences associated with short sales and foreclosures.  Due to his knowledge and experience in this area, Jim has served as a panelist for various short sale seminars throughout the Valley.  He frequently counsels residential property owners on the options available to the owner when the amount of debt owed on the property exceeds the current value of the property, whether the property is a primary residence or an investment property.

Jim Kuzmich holds a current real estate broker license and has advised residential and commercial brokerages on a variety of legal activities including: representation agreements, fee agreements and sales documents. Jim has advised developers regarding the acquisition and development of land for both retail and office condominium purposes. Jim routinely negotiates commercial leases, primarily as a tenant’s legal representative. Some of the business sectors which he has successfully negotiated commercial leases include: restaurants, mortgage companies, fitness providers, medical providers and a variety of other business and commercial offices.
